21 day challange
If you were addict in something which is may be bad or good but you want to leave it and it's being too much hard or tough to leave it you should do the following things to leave it. I'm telling you this because it is an every useful trick and even I have used this trick. Exactly for you by yourself.
It's name is 21 day challenge as it's name says 21 day it means you have so it for 21 day without having any stop do this for 2 to 3 times and you will definitely leave your addiction. Now I say how to is used this technique.
After first day of starting this challenge you will think that I will definitely complete but after some time you again remembering the thing to do in which you are addict at the time you have to do meditation for 2 to 5 minute after that keep doing your other activity to forget the addiction and slowly you will forgetting the addiction if you will not able to complete the challenge for the first time you should do it again and I will guarantee you that you will leave addiction....
